This preparation comes in the form of a creamy paste ready to use.
Simple and easy to use, the Vanilla Paste can be added to your recipe alone or in addition to Vanilla Pods or Liquid Extracts or Powders, as a flavor enhancer.

The Vanilla Paste LAVANY is prepared for foodstuffs and due to its original composition, it also brings a strong presence of black seeds in the preparations.
Ingredients :
- Inverted sugar,
- Glucose syrup,
- Natural flavor,
- Madagascar Bourbon vanilla (2.5%),
- Natural coloring: beta-carotene (E160a),
- Black dots from the spent powder.
- May contain traces of nuts, eggs and milk.
Packaging:
- In a metal tin with an airtight PET lid for long-term preservation, with a net weight of 1.25 kg.
- Shelf life - Best before date: In its airtight metal tin: 24 months,
- In its open jar: 12 months.
Advices:
- Mix before use.
- Store out of direct sunlight and away from a heat source.
