Powdered Vanillas are Split Vanillas (the most mature) or Cuts (too short or broken), complete (with the seeds), which cannot be used in the Professional Food Sector due to their appearance. They are dried in the open air and finely ground.
These pods come from the same bunch as the LAVANY Extra Black Vanilla, and their olfactory and gustatory values are equivalent, or even superior.
They can be used immediately for pastry making, for chocolate making or for ice cream manufacture.
